The driver is solely responsible for all placard decisions and DOT compliance. Reliance on LoadLegit scan results does not protect you from fines, penalties, or enforcement actions.
By accessing or using LoadLegit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
LoadLegit is an AI-powered compliance checking tool that analyzes Bill of Lading (BOL) documents and flags potential issues against DOT/FMCSA regulations, including 49 CFR requirements for commercial motor vehicle operations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KHILCO HOLDINGS LLC DBA LOADLEGIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL KHILCO HOLDINGS LLC DBA LOADLEGIT'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO LOADLEGIT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS, LOADLEGIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We make reasonable efforts to keep our compliance rules current with applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations, including 49 CFR. However, regulations change frequently and are subject to interpretation. We cannot guarantee that our ruleset reflects the most current regulatory requirements at the time of any given scan.
Each scan result may display a "Compliance rules current as of" date indicating when our ruleset was last verified. It is your responsibility to check for any regulatory changes after that date.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change our rules, features, and compliance logic at any time without notice.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at loadlegit@polsia.app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes, without prior notice.
LoadLegit offers paid subscription plans that provide unlimited BOL scans and saved scan history. Current pricing is displayed on the billing page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Recurring billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually (as selected at checkout) on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number or payment card details — those remain with Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Free tier. LoadLegit provides a limited number of anonymous scans at no charge. We reserve the right to modify free-tier limits at any time.
Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use of the paid Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.
LoadLegit and its content, features, AI models, compliance rulesets, and functionality are owned by Khilco Holdings LLC dba LoadLegit and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
You retain ownership of the Bill of Lading images and documents you upload. By uploading them, you grant LoadLegit a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze them solely to provide the Service to you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khilco Holdings LLC dba LoadLegit and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The Service is operated by Khilco Holdings LLC dba LoadLegit, a Texas entity.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, or if arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. For material changes, we will attempt to notify registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
